Department: Production Electronics
Reports to: Director / Head of Production Electronics
Job Summary:
Plan for daily production, supervision and implement workers according to requirement.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Making, implementing and achieving daily production plan
2. Managing headcount according to demand and forecast under budget
3. OTD achieving with 100% and no backlog
4. Train the shift/line leader to make the team grow up
5. Communicate and solve production problem with other function team
6. Defining 5S and sustaining 5S
7. Implementing lean production to make continuous improvement
8. Implementing TPM and TQM activities to sustain a stable and precise production system
9. Well control for scrap and attrition

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, major in Electronics or Mechatronics
2. Above 5 years-experience in electronic manufacturing with similar position
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
4. Highly analytical thought
5. Team work spirit and good at communication
6. Familiar with Lean implementation
7. Better be familiar with Six Sigma, TPM &TQM
