工作描述:
?Responsible for attendance system management, prepare monthly overtime, leave, report with high data accuracy.
?Execute with local labor bureau and HR outsourcing agency (CIIC) to conduct contract review / renew management, on line social security and housing fund implementation. labor contract management
?Maintain and update staff information in manning, GMIS report, fluctuation rate report organization chart and personnel file as monthly basis and SOP required.
? Manage Paysonnel leave system and information download / upload / merger as other E-HR system required.
? Responsible for wage grid payroll item update
? Responsible for Monthly Performance Bonus system and Shifu system, collect and analyse the data.
?Assist annual assessment score statistic. Coordinate annual performance appraisal, target agreement setting up , and other PM activities etc
? Employee relation management, participant in the formulation human resource policy and procedure.
? Support on expatriate work permit, resident permit application and renew
? Prepare the dispatch letter and visa application
? Other tasks from supervisor.

? At least college degree in human resource management or business management.
? 1-2 years experience in C&B, prefer experience in manufacturing area & MNC.

? Familiar with MS office software, Word, Excel, Powerpoint…
? Good competency on quick-learning;
? Good communication ability;
? Good English ability on reading & writing, also having English speaking ability would be advantage.
