Clarify customer specifications and scope of supply together with sales team
Review the contract on technical and scheduling risks.
Full documentation of project together with HQ in Germany, including drawings, specifications and changes if any
Responsible for project pre- and post calculations
Prepare project schedule in MS Project
Control and document all order processing, starting with the order confirmation to delivery of the equipment at the customer.
Defining the technical design within Project Manager in Germany
Creation and maintenance of the stove acts (complete technical description of the product and summary of all necessary procurement specifications for equipment, components and devices)
In co-operation with Project Manager in Denmark, compile list of drawings used for manufacturing
Project filing of all related documents    (operating instructions, acceptance certificate, conformity declaration)
Creation and maintenance of the procurement specifications.

University degree in Mechanical    Engineering or related
Minimum 3 yrs related project management    experience
Can read and edit CAD/Cam drawings, and work with project management software
Team player with excellent planning and coordinating skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Can see opportunities and risks before they happen
Can work under stress and tight time lines
Excellent computer skills
Native Mandarin and excellent English skill (additional German skills is a plus)
Able to travel both in China and abroad
Drivers license
