工作描述:
1. Assist to optimize and improve C&B policies and plans based on business requirements continually, periodically review C&B process to ensure operation effectiveness and efficiency.
2. Drive employee performance evaluation and target setting procedure effectively to meet the business needs.
3. Responsible for labor cost budget, forecast and actual cost tracking and analysis.
4. Responsible for local employee’s p-file filling and maintain personal data.
5. Responsible for annual physical check and occupational health check, Maintain occupational health records.
6. Orientation training trainer of C&B related for new employee.
7. Complete monthly C&B related reporting (attendance, overtime, labor cost, annual leave and turnover, etc.) timely and properly with analysis insights.
8. Responsible for managing labor contract.
9. Maintain and optimize E-HR system as key user;
10. Implement effective communication with employees to explain and answer queries related C&B policies and operations, collect employees' feedback.
11. Attend C&B survey of Mercer or Hewitt.
12. Work timely on other tasks assigned by the superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree with above 5 years experiences in HR/C&B operations;
2. Self-motivated, high sense of confidential and personal integrity;
3. Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint tool;
4. Familiar with China Labor Law & HR related regulations;
5. Logical thinking and have strong analytical skills and good process management;
6. Work alone and good interpersonal skill and good at communication;
7. Problem solving & solutions oriented.
8. Familiar with working environment and health & safety, such as handling of electronic waste, hazardous waste and general waste in correct methods, observe safe operation rules, wear PPE according to the requirements, etc.
