Purpose:
This position is to Research & Development of new company technology, Support Project Manager/Supervisor to complete R&D projects.
Key Tasks:
 Manage the R&D projects processing follow the plan and direction from the R&D supervisor and R&D manager.
 Complete tests and experiment efficiently.
 Implement product development, research, work out for development plans;
 Implementation of the program and product identification, production conversion, make the technical specification;
 Actively interest in developments in the industry, and try to accumulate R&D materials;
 Sum up R&D experience, continuous improvement of product performance;
 Auspices of product technology conversion and exchange of manufacturing technology;
 Support for the product bid;
 Provide technical support for the agents and partners;
 According to the requirements of customers or other departments, make the design changes and improvements.

Hands on experience with Composites manufacturing preferred- Resin infusion, RTM, Prepreg process knowledge;
Bachelor degree or above in Composites or Polymer or Chemical engineering from 211 University is preferred;
Open mind, think outside the box mentality. Easy going personality;
