1.Support start up manager to work out plan including but not limited to Team structure and staffing plan, Success criteria, Schedule, Future readiness (Equipment, material, method, people), Technical transfer and training, Risk assessment and mitigation.
2.Lead success criteria set up in terms of efficiency, quality, safety, cost, system of each process line, and get appropriate approval.
3.Establish start up weekly schedule and detailed to day by day per on-going progress.
4.Level down resource plan of production crew to support FAT/commissioning/validation until learning curve.
5.Manage/supervising and motivating operators team. Support TTT leader to identify their training needs, develop training courses and deliver training.
6.Support engineering, EPCM and suppliers on FAT, installation, dry commissioning and IQ/OQ, always value inputs from production perspective.
7.Lead production staff and cross function team(Quality, Safety, planning, technical, etc) from wet commissioning of process lines, to ensure PQ success.
8.Lead production staff to achieve process learning curve focusing on efficiency improvement and ensure a successful hand over to normal commercial production.
9.Control material usage for commission and validation within approved budget. Control material waste and scrap rate within target.
10.Establish production related SOP for commercial production and manufacturing license purpose.   
11.Can be act as SAP production module Super user to work with SAP team to establish SAP production module for Taicang, and deliver end users training.
12.Lead 5S/AM activities deployment in production teams, support TPM roadmap if decided to go.

1.3 to 5 year experience of production management. At least 2 year of team management bigger than 20 people with demonstrated results.
2.Develop and understand other functions and their relationship with Supply. Communicate effectively within a matrix organization.
3.Experience in TPM/AM/PM/SAP is a plus, at least know how.
4.Understands basic technology of liquids making and packing.
5.Familiar with Quality standards and HSE and Regulatory compliance requirements.
6.Fundamental project management skills.
7.Educated to Degree calibre – University graduate.
8.Written and Verbal fluency in English is essential.
9.Well versed with Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point & Project.
10.Experience of using SAP. Launch SAP would be a plus.
11.Able to work full time in Taicang.
