Function Responsibilities 岗位职责
1.Process Planning and Optimization 流程计划和优化
(1)Guide and coordinate advanced manufacturing activities within development and operational projects
指导并协调开发与运营项目中的先期生产活动
(2)Ensures, supports and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant
确保、支持和发展工厂的生产产能, 控制并审查工厂内对生产最佳实践和标准的适应情况
2.Manufacturing Process Develop and Improve制造工艺开发和改善
(1)Develop new manufacturing process and improve current manufacturing process(ie, US welding.HF welding,sewing,Assy. Test.Etc)
开发新的生产工艺和改善现有制造工艺 (如超声波焊接,高频焊,缝纫,装配,测试等)
(2)Be in charge of the quality execution of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering tasks as defined on PLUS timeline
对投产系统时间表上安排的先期制造工程任务进行质量管理。
(3)Be responsible for sign off on Manufacturing Sign Off as required for PLUS deliverables
负责投产系统交付成果的验收
3.Equipment Selection and Maintenance 设备选择和维护
(1)Provide specifications for manufacturing equipment in line with BOS standards and recommendations for equipment procurement
根据BOS的标准提供生产设备的规格,并提出针对设备采购的建议
(2)Monitor assembly equipment through production start up (Equipment verification process), stimulates Total Productive Maintenance in new projects
在投产的过程中监控装配设备,推动在新项目中进行生产总体维护
4.Process & Tools Improvement 流程&工具创造/ 改进
(1)Cooperate with Kaizen team for further development of Advanced Manufacturing tools and processes
与改善团队合作,进一步开发先期生产工具和流程
(2)Improves the plant and process layout for new and existing products ( S )
对新产品和现有产品的工厂和流程进行改善
(3)Provides cost analysis of product and process alternatives to achieve cost savings ( S )
为可替代的产品和流程进行成本分析,以降低成本。
(4)Improves process specifications and recommendations regarding ergonomic, support continuous improvement activity in plants (KAIZEN) to improve quality and improve efficiency and reduce downtime ( S )
改进与人机学相关的流程规格,提供建议,根据生产工程质量的目标,推动在工厂实施持续改进流程(持续改善)
5.Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Improve Manufacturing Engineering’s competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程,提高制造工程部部门的竞争力和客户满意度
6.People Development员工发展
Support employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented
通过提供适当的培训,辅导和轮岗机会支持员工发展; 确保绩效评估,接任人计划和其他人事部门的项目的实施

Competency Requirement 能力要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, Master’s and/or other advanced academic degrees preferred.本科或以上学历,硕士和/或其他高等学历优先。
2. Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering Background, 5-8 years of working experience in mechanical engineering field.制造或机械工程背景,在机械工程领域有5-8年的工作经验。
3. At least 3 years of work experience in management position.有至少3年的管理岗位工作经验。
4. Rich equipment(Mechanical &Electrical) knowledge丰富设备(机械/电气)知识
5. People Management人员管理
6. Related Process knowledge流程知识 (Defined by plant)
7. Ergonomic knowledge人机工程知识
8. Project Management Knowledge 项目管理知识
