Department: Production Radiant Heating Elements
Reports to: Director / Head of Production HiLight

Job Summary:
Plan for daily production, supervision and implement workers according to requirement.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
·                Responsible for production schedule and keep running in good condition
·                Responsible for finding out and solving problem in production, and providing solution for the potential risks; Improving production efficiency continuously
·                Responsible for implementing and maintaining equipment, machines according to lean standards
·                Monitor daily production and daily performance including 5S activity
·                Coach and develop production people, focus on high potential employee
·                Motivate team members to work as a team
·                Coordinate and communicate with the related departments
·                Maintain the workshop organizing, control and maintain production discipline

Job Requirements:
·                Profound education (College or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or relevant major
·                Minimum 3 years management experience in comparable position, experience on automatic production field will be an asset
·                Good knowledge of lean production tools
·                Strong communication skills
·                Target and result oriented
·                Hands on mentality
·                Fluent written and spoken English
