Responsible for KTC (include Taicang factory, Suzhou office and all service sites) HSE management, makes sure business running in well HSE control.
工作职责：

1.Responsible for the technical guidance of the EHS matters across the company. Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS legislation as well as company-derived policies and procedures.
2. Provide advice and guidance on the interpretation / application of Acts / Regulations related to EHS matters.
3. Conduct EHS risk assessment prevent accidents, respond to EHS concerns raised by employees and review / record accident / incident investigations.
4. Implement and manage environmental programs, prepare environmental permits and reports, and manage pollution prevention activities.
5. Lead EHS change management on new chemicals/process/projects
6. Interface with government agencies to maintain regulatory compliance (audits, inspections, investigations).
7. Responsible for maintenance of ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 system and keep continuous improvement
8. Manage MOE Control Order, Comprehensive Certificate of Approval and Groundwater Treatment System.
9. Manage all hazardous, non-hazardous and scrap waste initiatives.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety / Environmental Engineering, or Science etc.
2. Strong skills in interpersonal communications including the ability to influence others
3. Minimum 7- 10 years of experience, preferably in a unionized manufacturing environment.
4. Understanding of process auditing practices.
6. EHS related professional designation (CRSP, ROH, QEP, CEA).
