Job Objectives:
Manage Tufting process team to conduct new product aoption and product customization, maintene and improve tufting process. Drive the continual development of manfucating technology.
Key Responsibilities:
-Work closely with company designer to assist new product development at local plant and support customized product development;
-Contribute to the continuous improvement on raw material utilization and reduce the risk of causing defects in finished products;
-Be responsible for verification and approval of Tufting specification;
-Support process/research team to drive continuous improvement after the implementation of new material/process;
-Support QC to deal with on-line quality issue;
-Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodology, leading activities, establish and execute plans with the close cooperation and support of the plant leadership team;
-Assist in the resolution of customer complaints, improve customer satisfactions;
-Provide support to related functional position in quality department as needed.
