Role & Responsibility:
• Technical interface between China manufacturing company and intercompany sales teams (China, SEA, India,etc) and customers;
• Development, Design & Qualification of components and products for sanitary systems;
• Understand and comply with the regulations and technical specs of Asia countries;
• Local product management;

Tasks:
• Collect VOC of local customers, conceptualize, sketch and finalize the product according to the local regulations and technical specs, finalize design drawings (CAD)
• Work closely and coordinate with local team (PE, production, etc) in the NPI stage;
• Creation of trail plans for verification and validation of components & assemblies with A- and B-samples.
• Responsible for the product management within the organization especially for the Asia product; organize the annual design review according to the complaints from the field and internal process.
• Lead/support VAVE project of products made in China plant.
• Closely cooperate with external technical organization for certification and validation in line with state standard or regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of engineering mechanical engineering or above, plastics technology are preferred;
• At least 3 year experience of valves, concealed cistern or sanitary product related product;
• Fluent in speaking and writing;
• SAP experience is a plus
