工作描述:
• Responsible for all facets of the general ledger reporting
• Responsible for the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of the financial statements
• Prepare monthly accounting entries for various business transactions (including but not limited to inventory, compensation and benefits accruals, payroll, cash)
• Support the month end, quarter end, and year end closing process and financial reporting to ensure proper cutoff
• Prepare account reconciliations, maintenance and coordination of interface and reporting
• Play an active role in implementation and harmonization of corporate accounting processes for general ledger areas
• Proactively identify issues and assist in optimizing systems, upgrades and automation of accounting processes
• Generate and maintain master list of monthly recurring journal entries including supporting documentation.
• Analyze and report on monthly balance sheet and income statement fluctuations.
• Reconciliation of inter-company transactions, including foreign currency transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of monthly financials in accordance with US GAAP and compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain the fixed asset register with additions and disposals and reconcile monthly to the general ledger.
• Assist the Business Partner in the generation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing financials and reporting.
• Assist in internal and external audits, acting as liaison with the audit team.
• Interface and communicate tactfully and effectively with management and accounting staff at all levels.
• Continuously looks for improvements in the management of the general ledger and the Month End Close and Financial Reporting processes. Initiates and drives improvement projects.

• Detail oriented and able to effectively organize and manage multiple priorities
• Pursues resolution of business issues impacting the financial statements in a proactive, independent manner
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline, professional accounting qualifications such like CPA, ACCA, CMA etc, is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, be agile and work well in a dynamic environment
• Team player with strong communication, customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent management skills and ability to organize and plan effectively to meet goals and objectives.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to convey business requirements and technical needs in a clear, concise and effective manner.
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills
• Experience with highly integrated ERP systems ( J.D. Edwards preferred)
• Strong computer skills particularly Microsoft Office
• Must be proficient in English both oral and writing
