工作描述:
Act as HR business partner role, responsible for all-round HR management, such as support plant department head to design people management system and guide employee on implementation, improve comprehensive competency of employees, Make full use of comprehensive HR professional methods to support the company's business. Enhance corporate culture propaganda and carry out company organization optimization construction activities.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Represents the plant HR function in providing full-service as HR business partner/consulting.
Cultivates strong working relationships with function, department head and employees.
Provide a broad range of HR advice including: talent acquisition, coaching and employee development, performance management, policy development, workforce planning, and employee relations for the plant.
Serves as HR project leader to development and implementation such as incentive schemes, employee engagement and attrition management and change management, organization optimization with the guidance from HR management team so as to well support business objectives
Provide consultation and advice to business leaders on talent management across the whole talent life cycle
Ensure consistent HR practices and processes on line with global HR teams
Use a variety of resources to help companies recruit excellent employees

- Bachelor degree holder.
- Solid HR qualification experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent command in written & spoken English. Good command of Putonghua is also essential
- Can work under pressure and result-oriented
- Demonstrated proficiency with commonly used office software, MS Excel, and HRIS reporting, etc.
