Tasks and Responsibilities:
·                Process engineering team management, including process engineers, maintenance engineers, technician
·                Team management. Target and duty planning for the team, organization development, leading to team to achieve defined target. Control result and make action plan for deviation.   
·                Team member development. Recruitment, training coaching, Promotion.
·                Automation development. Process development. Including winding, glueing, pressing, assembly…
·                Solve machine problem with team.
·                Lean owner of coil dept. Management of line orientation, C/T, standard operation, line balance, CIP.
·                New line and machine development.
·                Communication with OD with technical and quality topics.

Job Requirements:
·                Bachelor degree above majored in mechanical, electrical engineering, automation…or related.
·                5 year experience on manufacturing process, e.g. winding, glueing, pressing, assembly. Solve machine problem independently.
·                2 years of related experience as management role
·                Good technical knowledge of mechanic, electric.
·                Good at process knowledge. Familiar with Drawing, process document, Quality basics.
·                Basic automation related knowledge, e.g. machine structure, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, lubrication, FA.
·                Basic lean knowledge, standard operation, line balance, CIP. Logical thinking.
·                Experience on project, new machine purchasing, old machine retrofitting are plus.
·                Good at MS, CAD.
·                Good English in written and oral
·                Team work sprite, Work under pressure, innovative.
