Description:
-Work as customer quality supervisor to ensure that customer requirements are addressed and ensure customer sastisfaction.
- Leader,coach,motive customer engineers to gurantee the team stability
-As role of APQP phase to plan quality during part and process development. Prepare PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation for submission to customers and get customer’s approval.
-Use quality tool like 8d to gave customer feedback when facing cusotmer complaint during APQP,0Km,waranty phase and be sure corrective actions complete in time.
-Develop & analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
-Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with production manager to maximize product reliability & minimize costs.
- Effectively leader and complete internal and exernal audit corrective actions.
- Provide and oversee inspection activities for products throughout production cycle.
- Preparing monthly quality report to Manager.
- Excellent quality tool skills like, APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/CP/DOE,Six sigma......
* APQP process support (Using of the Q-tools, Establishes statistical reliability by using mean time before failure, 8D distribution, tests…)
* Process/Product audit.
* As CQE leader has the knowledge of relevant customer required standards and document control.
* SOP/Serial Production Quality Control (Customer related)
* Main customer complaints handling (8D process).
* Quality performance check from customer (B2B platform).
*Weekly Q reporting and Monthly KPIs review (Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations….)
* SPC/analyse of production data and analyse of reject/warranty claims/parts (Maintains statistical process controls….,processes….,)
* PPAP (Customer)
* Continue improvement (Product/Customer related, Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes,...)
* Command of 5 core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA,SPC,MSA) knowledge.
