    2. 跟进车间的试产/生产，并协助车间解决生产疑难问题。
Co-work with PM for the new product and trial production, and support the production supervisor to solve the production problem.
3. 协助查处生产车间涉及生产环节的投诉/退货问题，对投诉产品的检查和落实处理方案。
Analyze the quality complaint from our production. And check and take action for it.
    4. 为与生产工艺有关的各种比较复杂和不寻常的问题提供解决方法。
Support the solve the complicated issue in process
5. 进行有关工厂布局、设备产能和工艺改进、降低费用的研究，并为管理层提供数据。
Evaluate the layout, production capacity; lead the process improvement, cost down project. Support the management data to production manager.
6. 学习新投产设备的使用和维护，并制定相应的生产操作指导书。
Learn the operation of new machine and setup the maintenance work standard for workers.
7. 依据控制计划，工艺要求等制定生产员工作业指导书，点检表。
Prepare the work instruction/production checklist by the CP, technological requirements.
8. 负责量产后生产过程中的工程变更相关事项
Is owner of defined serial products after SOP (volume products after sales, OE products) and is head of change projects in case changes can be covered by production department.
