工作描述:
1. Hand customer orders and forecast, answer the call from customer to check the lead time and inventory.
2. Arrange the sample( sample from Thailand/US/Euro/Taicang) per the project request, ensure the correct sample arrive on site on time.
3. Communicate with both internal departments and customers to ensure all related issues, customer orders, forecast, Quotation, RMA, complaint, and all requirements can be taken care of and resolved in timely and efficient manner.
4. Set up the regular conference call with customers to review all action items and issues.
5. Be responsible for tracking AR.
6. Paperwork creating and Documents filing per order/shipment.
7. Customized order procedure, coordinate with sales, designer, factory to handle over the whole project from the project beginning till the firm order being released.
8. Support for the project related doc. chop & dispatch from factory.

1.Need to be patient and thoughtful; can work under pressure.

4.Good communication skill.
5.University degree, business or English major.
6.Good English writing, can communicate in English.
7.Basic SCM & customer service knowledge, proficient in Office software operation, JDE usage is an advantage.
8.At least 3 years experiences in customer service related.
