Job summary:
Coordinate the works between project management and EL production in Taicang, drive and track the progress of new projects until to mass production, handle the sample orders from new projects.

Job description / Tasks:
1. To be involved in new project planning(Timing,Cost, Quality, Sample orders...etc)
2. Responsible for calculation of new product
3. Responsible for capacity analysis for new product/new project
4. Apply for the investment for new project
5. Responsible for product re-location
6. Responsible for fulfilling the sample orders from new customers/new projects in terms of volume, quality and delivery
7. Drive and monitor the new project/new project until mass production
8. Responsible for leading and supporting projects in group environment

Job requirements:
1. Profound education (Bachelor or higher) in Engineering, or Electronics, MBA would be an asset
2. Minimum 6 years experience in project management
3. Familiar with Electronic manufacturing technology and process
4. Good knowledge of lean production
5. Strong communication skills in an international corporate environment
6 Target and result oriented
7. Hands on mentality
8. Could accept the business trip(not so often)
9. SAP knowledge would be a strong asset
10. Fluent English, any other language an asset, and PMP certification is a plus.
