1.Monitor process and recommend necessary actions to ensure full compliance.

2.Be responsible for layout planning and drawing update;

3.Optimize the production process, the takt time, standard work time. Monitor production basic data, such as cycle time and setup time of each machine through the whole manufacturing process.
更新生产工艺、生产节拍及标准工时，并监控生产基本数据例如生产工时，换型时间等。
4.Improve manufacturing performance through regular review of process capability and formulate improvement plan.
定期评审工艺能力，制订改进计划以提高制造绩效。
5.Propose and coordinate all process, product, material, machine, tool and other changes which will improve and develop the quality and the competitiveness of the company’s product and efficiency and capabilities of its processes.
提出并协调所有过程、产品、材料、机器、工具和其他的变更，以提高和发展公司产品质量和竞争力以及其过程的效率和能力。
6.Use IE/Lean tools to analysis and making proposal for cost reduction.
通过IE/Lean 精益生产的分析，提出建议，实现过程和产品成本的降低。
7.Lead the special project of the company as regards to mechanization, automation, cost saving and other technical or investment project of such nature.
主导公司机械化、自动化、成本节约等性质的技术或投资项目。
8.Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy Policy, Procedure and SOP

1.Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Science and engineering.
大学本科及以上学历，理工科专业。
2.More than three years IE working experience. 3年以上工业工程工作经验
3.Proficiency in CAD, etc. 熟练掌握 CAD等软件。.
4.CET4 and above英语4级以上
5.With project experience. 有过project的经验
6.Familiar with Learn knowledge and tools. 熟悉精益知识和工具
