Job Responsibilities：
1. 生产模具维修，及相关技术问题的跟踪和根本性分析
Production tools repair, issue chasing and root cause analysis.
2. 编制模具维护计划及其相关维护保养
Prepare the tool maintenance plan and do the tool maintenance.
3. 配合模具的试制和优化
Assist to trial run tools and optimize.
4. 编制各类相关作业指导书，以指导和规范相关操作
Prepare WI to instruct the related operation.
5. 负责维修维护的记录和依据大数据进行模具的预防性维护分析
Responsible the maintenance record and based on the data to do the preventive maintenance.
6.处理生产过程中的突发模具异常，积极配合生产将问题处理直至最终关闭
Handle the unexpected mold issue during the production process, actively cooperate with production to solve the problem until the final closure
7, 模具相关区域的5S, 以及备品备件申请相关事项
Responsible for 5S of tooling area and support for spare parts application related things.
8. 领导安排的其它工作
Other work assigned by the leader.

Requirements
1.具有中技以上学历
Technical secondary school or above
2. 熟练的钳工技术，会使用一般的机加工设备，如：车床、铣床、磨床，会激光焊接是加分项；
Skilled bench work skills and can be use general machining equipment, such as: lathe, milling machine, grinding machine, laser welding knowledge is a plus.
3.能依据图纸进行零部件尺寸的测量及比对
Be able to measure and compare with part dimensions according to drawings
4. 10年以上模具拆装、维修保养工作经验，熟悉注塑或者挤出模具的拆装及相关问题的解决及相关设备的操作
More than 10 years working experience in mold disassembly, repair, and maintenance work experience,
Familiar with plastic or rubber injection mold disassembly and related trouble shooting and related equipment’s operation.
5. 能够操作Engel机器或者Rep橡胶挤出设备配合新模具及异常维修后的模具试制工作。
Be able to operate Engel or Rep rubber injection machine for new mold or repaired mold trial run.
6.动手能力强，工作细致，有较强的执行力。
Strong hands-on ability, meticulous work, and must be strong execution ability
