工作描述:
1.Take care of the reception area and conference room, and be proactive to ensure a first-class company image to all the visitors;
2.Coordinating and arranging visits of clients including foreign colleagues;
3.Responsible for office daily operators. Receive and transfer phone call;
4.Direct, co-ordinates, controls all office administrations such as filing system, typing pool, reception, duplications, fax and stationery suppliers, mailing;
5.Meeting room arrangement;
6.Assist colleagues to submit document for Visa application;
7.Assist in organizing company activities, such as outing, annual dinner, etc.;
