Main responsibilities
1.Take care of the reception area and conference room, and be proactive to ensure a first-class company image to all the visitors;
负责接待区域及会议室,保洁干净整洁,确保给所有来访客人有良好的第一印象;
2.Coordinating and arranging visits of clients including foreign colleagues;
协调并安排好来访客人及外国同事
3.Arranging travel, hotels, etc. for the business trips of Internal colleagues
为内部同事的商务差旅安排好飞机航班、酒店等等;
4.Provide a high standard guest reception and switchboard service, answer all incoming phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate person in courtesy manner提供高标准的访客接待并负责公司电话总机的接线工作。对来往电话态度和蔼,恰 当使用礼貌用语,并且及时转接给相关人员
5.Support booking express, lunch, car using, hotel, drinking water and other office suppliers
协调安排公司员工的快递、午餐、用车、旅店、用水等供应;
6.Receive and distribute all incoming mails, fax, deliveries, and do a good track record.
负责并安排邮件、传真及快递的收发,并做好相关记录;
7.Assist in organizing company activities, such as outing, annual dinner, etc.;
协助组织公司的活动,如外出旅游及年夜饭等;
8.Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
完成领导交代的其他任务.

Requirements to candidates:
1.College graduated or above with majoring in English, Secretary;
专科以上,英语或文秘相关专业;
2.One year relevant experience in a foreign company;
1年外资企业相关工作经验
3.Fluent English both in oral and writing;
流利的英语读写能力
4.Has interest in communicating with people;
善于与人沟通;
5.Be familiar with office software such as Word, Excel, PPT etc.;
能熟练使用办公软件如Word, Excel及PPT等
6.Good teamwork spirit.
