1、根据5S管理内容，制定5S管理标准及检查计划；检查计划及标准，组织实施现场检查，提出整改意见，跟踪解决

According to the 5S procedure to establish "5S standard management regulation";to establish"5S inspection plan" and "5S inspection standard",to organize the audit and to give the suggestion of correction and follow up the solution.

2、组织开展5S管理体系及标准培训，强化规范和流程

To organize the training of "5S standard management " to consolidate the regulation and process.

3、指导设备初期清扫、点检及保养管理；指导检查OEE管理实施效果

To instruct the cleaning,checking and maintaining of facilities ; to instruct implementation of OEE effect.

4、完成可视化管理标准制定；

To establish" visual management standards"       

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验

College degree or above, 3 years relevant working experience

2、了解生产型企业产线的基础知识,具备5S知识、项目推动经验,

well know product process, excellent 5S skills ,good experience in project promotion,

3、了解IE基础知识,熟练操作office办公软件,善于沟通。

well know IE basic knowledge , good skill in office software,excellent communication skills .

4、熟悉TPM管理

well know TPM management.

5、较强的责任感及敬业精神，能够承受一定的工作压力；有日资、台资电子企业工作经验优先考虑

high resposibility , hard working spirit, enjoy working stress.

Priority in working experience in Japanese or Taiwan electronics company .
