Responsibilities职责
• Work with Production Manager & Planning to foresee the Production Overall Plan in Metal Workshop, and adjust the detail plan based on the daily planning released. Expedite Production flow, and reduce WIP amount. 协同生产经理和计划部，预排钣金车间整体生产计划，并根据日计划协调具体的生产。加快生产流动，降低半成品库存。
• Improve the utilization of the robot welding, and train proper workers to program and maintain the robot on daily base. 提高焊接机器人的利用率，并培训合适的工人编程，并进行每日的维护保养。
• Recognize the priority of work order in metal workshop, and if necessary, work with metal shop floor leaders to achieve the optimized planning. 识别钣金车间工单的优先顺序，如果有别要，与钣金车间的其他组长合作，以达到优化生产的目的。
• To supervise welding team and grinding team’s efficiency and delivery situation, and adjust detailed work for misaligned work. 监督治下各组的效率和达成情况，对于没有达成的工作，适当调整计划。
• Work with Engineering and Quality, to deliver the key related message to the whole team. 与工程和质量组紧密合作，确保产品关键信息能够在现场执行到位。
• Supervise the Metal workshop 5S and Safety work. 监督管理治下各组的5S工作和安全工作。
• Other work assigned by superior. 坚决执行上司安排的其他任务。
• Implement 5S principles on materials, tools, machines, dressing, etc, on a daily basis. 每天针对物料，工具，机器，穿着等方面实施5S的各原则。
• In charge for the quality for welding and grinding, and the re-work for defect products.负责焊接和打磨质量，并负责不良品的返工。
• Initiate on the making of new jigs.发起并协调新治具的制作。
• Training new guys about the welding robots using.培训新人使用焊接机器人。
• Continuous improvement on field operation, Jigs and tools. 持续改善现场的操作方式，以及夹具和工具等。


Qualification/Requirements 资历/要求
• High school or above 高中及以上学历；
• 5+ years’ experience in Welding 5年以上的焊接工作经验；
• Excellent in Argon-arc Welding and CO2 GMAW welding    精通氩弧焊和气保焊；
• Knowledge in robot welding programming will be a plus    懂得焊接机器人编程会更好；
• Strong communication ability    较强的沟通能力；
• Willingness to study and develop new methodology    愿意深入研究并开发新的方法；
• Basic skill on Computer and Office software 操作电脑和办公软件的基本技能。
