Scope:

Project R&D Pilot Plant in Taicang, which is to build a R&D pilot plant in Taicang to support new product development for Durex before 2021. This role will be transferred to supply- Taicang factory when the R&D pilot plant project is completed.
Accountabilities:
• Lead on the pilot equipment automation design and implement such as control architecture design, hardware selection and control logic development with vendors.
• Lead on automation daily design management coordination work with internal/external teams.
• Lead on organize the design review and design workshop. Ensure all valuable idea/points is taken and considered/follow up in the design of automation and controls.
• Digital innovation on the new equipment.
• Attend and participate procurement phase technical bidding analysis. Technical support on the procurement execution activities for automation & controls.
• Travel to existing RB factory to gather information input /execute site investigation per task requirement.
• Coordinate & Follow up on the key actions with outsourcing Consultant per task basis.
• Lead on equipment start-up execution activities for automation & Controls FAT/Commissioning.    Support on the process equipment start-up execution activities including but not limit to FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ.
