- Responsible for managing In-process inspection, assign the inspector task and evaluate the monthly performance.
- Train and qualify the inspector.
- Report and escalate the issue when it is necessary
- Cooperate with colleague from other departments
- Support on QMS ISO9001:2008 management

- Review daily inspection report from inspectors. Analyze the data, take action when it is necessary
- Responsible for establishing project quality document and implementation.
- draw up the in-process inspection plan according to the drawing and specification
- prepare for the first article to customer
- Responsible for treating, analyzing, feedback, following up ,and closing the internal quality problem
- Support on testing equipment maintenance and calibration
- Support customer audit and 3rd party audit
- Prepare for monthly product quality report
- Production scraping material statistic and control. Quality cost report and control.
