President Support
- Maintain calendar, coordinate appointments
- Arrange business trip (book hotel and flight, coordinate appointments)
- Make reimbursement
- Organize meetings (MIT, Operation Managers Meeting); Organize daily document signing and chopping
- Collect information and prepare report and presentations (partly)
- Company chop management
Corporate Support
- Maintain electronic and paper version of company files (business license, company order…)
- Collect information and update company presentation
- Maintain German Chamber membership and European Chamber membership of TRUMPF China
- Maintain CIP mailbox
- Maintain international travel request system on SharePoint and company files for visa application
- Support and coordinate big corporate event (family day, techdays, annual dinner…)
Visit Arrangement
- Maintain TCN Visit mailbox and SharePoint
- Create invitation letter for visitors
- Receive government visitors
Project
- Develop and optimize processes related office or admin aspects
Management Board Support
- Book home flight for expatriates
- Order Christmas card and yearly calendar
Other tasks assigned by president and Management Board

其他要求:
1. Academic Background: Bachelor degree or above
2. Which major preferred: English, Admin or related
3. Working experience: Working experience as assistant and executive secretary or related
4. Knowledge and skills: Good communication skills
Familiar with the office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
5. Language: Chinese native speaking, Fluent working language in English, German is a stong plus
6. Other specific requirements: Great patience and good working attitude, well organized and structured working style, able to work under pressure and stress. Highest reliability, trust, discretion and confidentiality is a must;
