工作描述:
1.Receive incoming calls and transfer to right person and department;
接听电话并正确转接
2.Guests or Visitor's reception, give appropriate arrangement and service to company guests;
接待访客,合理安排服务客户
3.Record, receive and distribute couriers/mails;
接收,记录并发放邮件
4.Stationery, paper, drinking water and working meal ordering, keep the usage and consume in record;
文具纸张,饮用水等办公用品的管理及工作餐的预定,保留办公用品日常的使用和损耗的记录
5.Process the documents related to HR and Administrative work;
完成与HR及Admin相关的文书工作
6.Booking taxi service arrangement if required;
出租车的预约
7.Any other works assigned by supervisor and Manager;

Students who can work 5 days per week and can have stable working period are preferred;

Basic computer skill with Word, Excel or Power Point ;

Fluent in written and spoken English, CET- 4 or above
优秀的英文书写及口语能力,CET-4及以上佳
