Job responsibility

1. Building quality system in China.
构建质量体系,形成质量体系流程文件；

2. Make process audit, according to audit plan, pass audit and finish audit report, follow up the audit issues countermeasure. Participate in customer ISO9001 internal and external annual audit.
按照审核计划能推动体系的审核，最终通过审核，及完成审核报告，并将审核问题的进行跟踪,参与客户审核，ISO9001年度内审及外审；

3. Make sure first piece inspection and process inspection are conducted and records are maintained.
制定与管理首件、巡检、过程检测相关数据记录表单；

4. Responsibility for product processes control.
负责产品生产过程品质控制；

5. When quality issue arises, call relevant people to discuss and identify root cause and record all quality issue. Find out solutions to solve quality issue.
对异常情况，应有处理措施，必要时召集有关部门进行分析讨论，得出明确的解决措施，并敦促相关职能部门及时解决问题。重大质量问题进行处理分析；
6. Responsibility for all quality record and daily report.
负责质量方面的报表及日报；

7. Communication to customers about quality related issue.
负责客户质量方面的日常沟通；

8. Report to Superior leadership or headquarters    in Germany.
向质量负责人汇报；

任职要求：
Job requirement:
1. Bachelor or above, Major in material Engineering, Manufacturing or its equivalent. At least 3 years quality experiences in heat treatment parts industry.
全日制本科及以上学历, 材料工程、制造或相关专业， 至少3年以上在热处理件质量工作经验；
2. Skill for English communication by oral and written.
熟练的英语听说读写能力；
3. Be similar with the customer quality requirement of heat treatment parts industry.
熟悉热处理件客户的质量要求；
4. Strong Ability to analyze and solving problems，Good communication skill and strong teamwork spirit.
善于沟通，具有较强的团队协作能力；
5. Familiar knowledge with ISO 9001, Familiar with QC tools will be preferred.
熟悉ISO 9001体系, 熟悉检测工具；
6. Familiar knowledge with quality process control and should be able to quality statistical analysis.
熟悉质量控制过程，有能力进行质量统计分析；
