工作描述:
1. 熟悉国家及地方劳动人事相关法律法规,了解当地劳动政策与实践,与政府部门保持良好的关系;
Be familiar with PRC labor laws & regulations and local industry practices; Be familiar with labor regulations issued by local government; To keep good relationship with local government.
2.熟悉常规人事工作,负责员工日常考勤管理及员工关系管理管理。(员工入职、离职管理、合同的签订、社保公积金的办理等)
Be familiar with daily HR operations, be responsible for daily attendance management and employee relationship management.
3.了解HR工作的几大模块,主要熟悉招聘、培训及绩效管理;能独立负责招聘或培训相关工作;
Familiar with various HR functions, with expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management; capable of independently handling recruitment or training-related work.
4.根据部门经理的工作安排,负责相应的HR模块的工作,按照相应职责范围完成本职工作,并协助完成其他HR模块工作的开展;
Execute assigned HR module tasks as directed by the HRD, independently complete duties within the scope of responsibility, and assist with work in other HR modules.
5.负责建立健全公司人事档案制度并进行管理;
Responsible for establishing and improving the company’s personnel file system, implementing and managing it on a daily basis.
6.了解部门的相应职能,辅助完成部门其他职能的工作,如内审支持等;
Understand the different functions of the HR department and assist in completing tasks related to other functions, such as internal audit support.
7. 完成上级安排的其它合理性工作。
Performs other reasonable tasks assigned by senior management.
任职资格:
1.本科以上相关管理专业,具有助理人力资源管理师资格。
2.三年以上相关工作经验,对于招聘模块有较强的实务操作经验。
3.具备良好的现代HR理念及职业敏感度。
4.良好的英语听说能力。
5.熟练掌握和应用计算机办公软件。
6.乐观开朗,细心谨慎,原则性强,能承受一定的压力。
7.为人正直、思想敏捷、善于沟通和决断。
