工作描述:
•To assist in the formulation, improvement and implementation of relevant regulations and procedures for HR management.
协助制订完善,组织实施人力资源管理有关规章制度和工作流程.
•Issue recruitment information, screen candidates' information, organize and arrange interviews for personnel. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
发布招聘信息、筛选应聘人员资料,组织、安排面试和协助面试过程
•Supervise staff attendance and make monthly attendance sheets.
监督员工考勤、并每月制作员工考勤表
•Organize and arrange related training activities and make relevant training records.
组织、安排公司相关培训活动并作相关培训记录。
•Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in ,workstation ,email address etc.),servicing as a point person for all new employees.
帮助新员工快速融入公司组织(建立指定的工作站,电子邮件等),并帮助解决新员工遇到的问题
•Handle employee entry and transfer procedures, transfer and departure procedures.
办理员工入职及转正、调动、离职等异动手续
•Preparing new employee files ,maintaining current HR files and databases and manage company personnel files
准备新员工档案,维护现有HR档案和数据库并管理公司人事档案
•Work tightly with other department to decrease employee rotation rate
和其他部门紧密合作降低公司的员工离职率
•EHS work such as Medical inspection arrangement.
配合好有关EHS的员工职业病体检工作
•Cooperate with HR Manager in promoting labor law.
协助HR经理做好劳动法的宣传工作。
