工作描述:
- Interface and co-work with Sales support, Field Sales and Sales intelligence team to identify new leads.
- Use company provided resources to collect and process all inbound sales requests (from Website, E-Mail, trade shows, Orbis etc.) and develop a set of KPI's to manage the lead process, create transparency in all stages of lead handling process and lead pipeline from the lead generation to an opportunity together with the relevant colleagues from the sales intelligence team.
- Call relevant potential customers and qualify the relevance of the lead via economic and technical criteria
- Set up, formulate and implement relevant solutions for leads-related project and during the process, work closely with relevant teams to obtain support required for specific tasks.
- Generate new outbound leads: Research open leads (CRM Database/ customer classification, Prospect Database and web crawler, Wired Minds) and manage, coordinate the lead qualification process which is done by an external party
- Support customer data management process by ensuring a high-quality data inflow through inbound and outbound leads into the TRUMPF CRM system

1. Academic Background: Bachelor / Master degree both ok
2. Which major preferred: Major in Mechanical Engineering or another technically related subject
3. Knowledge and skills:
- Good technical understanding
- Strong communication skills
- Good analytic skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and driven personality
- Good language skills in verbal and written English is a must, German is a plus.
- Be able to oversee and manage multiple projects assigned by Manager
4. Other specific requirements: Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee's Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
