Responsible for PQC&OQC, Reliability test, Corresponding Audit, Analyze data for improving process.
Dept: Production Radiant Heating Elements

Job description / Tasks:
1.Responsible for PQC,OQC and reliability test of production lines,
2.Responsible for collecting and analyzing quality related data, make the weekly quality report, track the implementation status of quality objectives, analyze the top failures and make the actions for continuous improvement.
3.Regularly update FMEA and PCP (Production Control Plan),
4.Training the inspectors and operators the key point of quality,
5.Take part in /Lead QCC group to improve quality level,
6.Complete other tasks from manager.

Job requirements:
1.College degree or above major in Mechanical is prefer
2.Minimum 3 years quality experience
3.Familiar with ISO9001 & ISO 140001 quality management system,
4.Good knowledge of Quality tools such as APQP, FMEA,MSA,SPC,
5.Familiar with Minitab, and office software such as excel, PPT and so on,
6.Fluent English both in oral and writing,
7.Excellent teamwork cooperative awareness and problem-solving ability.
8.Positive attitude, hands on and good communication with other department.
