"1. 熟悉劳动法及相关劳动人事法规,熟悉当地政府部门有关劳动法规,与政府部门保持良好的关系;
Be familiar with PRC labor laws & regulations and local industry practices; Be familiar with labor regulations issued by local government; To keep good relationship with local government;"
"2.熟悉常规人事工作,负责员工日常考勤管理及员工关系管理管理。(员工入职、离职管理、合同的签订、四金的办理等)
Be familiar with normal HR work, be responsible daily attendance management and employee relationship management;"
3.负责建立健全公司人事档案制度并进行管理;In charge of setting,fulfilling and managing company file system of employee;
"4.根据部门经理的工作安排,负责相应的HR模块的工作,按照相应职责范围完成本职工作,并协助完成其他HR模块的工作;
In charge of some relevant HR modules be assigned by HR manager; Fulfilling specific work in own responsibility; Assisting to finish other HR modules' work;"
5.了解HR工作的几大模块,主要熟悉招聘、培训及绩效考核工作;能独立负责招聘或培训工作;
6.了解部门的相应职能,辅助完成部门其他职能的工作,如行政工作及车辆管理等; To know different function of HR department; Assisting to finish relevant work belongs other function, like as ADM and car managerment work etc;
7.完成部门经理的临时其他交办的事项。 To fulfill other tasks assigned by HR manager;
