Organize, implement and drive process efficiency by leveraging standard work, service providers and scaling effects.

·                Identify supplier capabilities, performance and technologies by conducting competitive assessments and benchmark of existing and potential suppliers

·                Creates breakthrough purchasing strategies and programs in alignment with stakeholders to ensure best results

·                Creates and aligns sourcing plan to optimize supply base and to implement supplier enabled innovation

·                Spend analysis, managing demand via suitable tools, process and strategy. Key supplier and contract management

·                Manage relationships with supplier, drive continuous improvement in terms of cost, delivery, quality and responsiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering or business administration.
• At least 5 years of purchasing and sourcing related experiences within multinational companies.
• Sourcing standard parts and Motors in machinery industry is preferred.
• Proficient in oral and writing English
• Experience of working with SAP is preferred
• Good IT skills, familiar with MS Office
