Corp. Field Application Engineer (FAE) HOT APAC, Reports to PM +FAE, Sales Manager China

Job summary:
Building up and maintain the technical customer relationship in the phase of acquisition of projects and variants.

Job description / Tasks:
- Consults and gives advice in the applications of E.G. O.'s components and systems. Provide application support during process of choice, change and development of products + systems.
- Support Sales during the translation of customer requirements in product requirements(Input for customer requirement specification).
- Doing of technical product presentations in front of customer (concept studies, Product concepts, etc.). Is partner of Sales in Presales-Phase, especially during offer process of complex variants + protects.
- Performs technical presentations at customer sites (concept studies, product concepts, etc.)
- Supports central offer team during offer phase and in realization process (after customer release).
- Supports Product Management in developing of "value propositions" in teams.
- Identifies new applications for E.G.O.'s Competencies and products / systems in cooperation with Sales & PM.
- Collect and communicate relevant market- and product datas as input for strategic activities of PM.
- Identify early technology needs and give input to PM. Do product training for Sales (with support of PM), and also for customers.

Job requirements:
- Complete technical engineer studies or comparable.
- Affinity to Technics and technology.
- Good technical English in reading + writing, German welcome.
- Team spirit/working in a team.
- Mobility/Acceptance of travelling.
- Commitment.
