Key Responsibilities
1. leading and manage project department;
2. Motivate project engineers, manage the project properly from Q,C,D,S site;
3. Support sales team to catch new orders;
4. Support service team to solve the troubles;
5. Coordinate with all the other department running project smoothly;
6. Communicate and work with project department from HQ to reach customer’s requirement;

Daily or Periodic Duties:
1. Support sales team to Clarify customer’s requirements, specifications from technical side
2. Support team member to manage the project properly;
3. Prepare the sketch layout drawing according customer’s requirement
4. Review the contract and sales documents to avoid mistake and risks
5. Full documentation of project together with HQ, including drawings, specifications and modifications if anything need
6. Control and document all order processing, starting with the order confirmation to delivery of the equipment at the customer
7. Creation and maintenance of the stove acts (complete technical description of the product and summary of all necessary procurement specifications for equipment, components and devices)
8. Support the supplier from technical side, clarify our drawings and technical requirements

Job Specification
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent，Mechanical Engineering or related
2. 5-8 years related experience；working experience in Die-casting industry will be better
3. Project management;Knowledge of furnace and foundry industry;
4. Fluent English speaking, with German better;
5. Excellent communicator with customers and internal cross departments
6. Good presentation on customer site or public environment
7. Understand waste disposal policy and related disposal places according to the requirements of ISO
8. Can work under pressure
9. A problem solver and a good team player
10. Self-confident and lead with authority
