Job Descriptions:
1) 负责前台接待、电话接听及转接。
Responsible for visitor's reception and phone answering.
2) 负责日常的快递收发、登记、员工订餐、车辆安排、办公室保洁。
Responsible for express delivery, registration, Order lunchbox, managing vehicles, office cleaning.
3) 负责日常文具、办公家具订购及发放,办公设施的日常维护。
Ordering and handing out the regular stationeries and office furniture; maintenance of office facilities
4) 负责每月同相关供应商核对数据,办理付款申请。
Check the data with the related vendor and push the payment process.
5) 办理员工入职、离职手续,确保流程符合公司规定。
Conduct formalities for employee hiring, exiting and ensure alignment with company policy.
6) 负责更新人事信息数据及每月考勤统计,为薪资结算提供准确依据。
Update the personnel database and complete monthly attendance report timely to support payroll.
7) 协助进行蓝领员工的招聘,信息发布、简历筛选、组织面试等。
Assist to the recruitment of blue color employees, delivery ad, seek cv and arrange the interview.
8) 协助组织实施员工活动,如年会、旅游、运动、公益活动等,提升公司企业文化建设。
Supporting different activities to promote company culture, such as annual dinner, outing, sports & charity activities.
9) 协助上级完成其它分派工作。
Support manager in the implementation of other assignments whenever required.

Qualifications:
1) 大专及以上学历,英语专业尤佳;
Bachelor degree or above, major in English is preferred.
2) 良好的英文读写能力。
Good read and written skill of English.
3) 有1年以上工作经验尤佳。
one years of Admin or HR experience in preferred.
4) 熟练使用各种办公软件;
Good MS Office Software skill.
5) 性格开朗、诚信、做事积极主动、具有良好的沟通、组织协调能力,有团队合作精神
