1.Be responsible for order handing,key in SAP and filing.负责销售订单处理，输入SAP系统及文件归档
2.Be responsible for stocking-up process,collecting,goods tracking and delivery checking.负责备货信息收集、跟踪到货及确认发货
3.Be responsible for cellecting of sales forecast from sales region.负责销售预估搜集工作。
4.Organize domestic deliveries.组织国内发货。
5.Well handle the delivery and arrival enquiry which from the customer service people of all sales breanch and the external customers(customer service hot-line) 处理好各分公司客服人员以及来自于客户热线中外部客户的发货及到货查询。
6.Support to handle the inside and customer complaint according to the process.根据公司投诉流程，协助处理公司内部及客户的投诉。
