1) 根据技术规范 选择合适的测量工具
2) 对测量工具能力评估,制订年度投资和更新计划
3) 编制测量工具操作规程和维护保养指导书
2、 测量系统分析MSA
1) 根据程序文件要求，制订年度MSA计划并跟踪计划的实施
2) 评估MSA结果，对不合格测量设备工具严格按文件规定处理
3、 测量和测试
根据委托要求确定测量方法和工具，按时按量完成，并提供报告
4、 培训
对技术员进行产品测量方法和工具选择的培训和指导
Position Responsibilities
1. Measure Tools
1) Select proper measure tools according to product technical specification
2) Assess the capability of measure tools, make and update yearly measure tools investment plan
3) Compile operation instruction of measure tools and maintenance working instruction
2. Measure System Analysis
1) Make yearly MSA plan and follow up to implementation, according to procedure requirement
2) Assess MSA result, handle the nonconforming measure tools according to procedure
3. Measure and Test
According to requirement in commission sheet, confirm the measure method and tools. Finished the measure task in time and quantity, provide report
4. Training
Train and coach technician about product measure method and tools selection
岗位资格
1、学历:测量或相关类专业，本科或以上学历
2、工作经验:3年以上塑料和金属产品测量方面的工作经验
3、熟悉测量标准及测量工具的使用方法；沟通能力
Position Qualification
1. Education:Bachelor degree or above in measure or related areas
2.Work Experience :Above 3 years measure experience in metal and plastic parts
3.Knowledge of measure standard and using method of measure tools; Communication skills
