Responsibilities: 职责
Develop new sales opportunities and ensure to achieve sales/profitability targets and profit target for industrial OEM Metal customers (Machine Tool, Laser/Plasma, Thermal Spray, etc.) 开发新的业务机会,以确保达成业务指标(机床、激光、等离子、喷涂等)
Regular customer visit to find out the customers’ requirements, responsible for quotation and technical proposal by working with technical support team, basic knowledge of 3-D CAD drawings available to communicate with Technical support 拜访客户,找到客户的需求,负责报价和技术建议
Manage the technical issues by coordinating and working with customers and internal technical support, operation team; handling customer complaints; clearly understanding CRM 和客户及技术团队协调,处理技术问题,处理客户报怨,了解客户关系管理
Maintain and build up good relationship with existing OEM customers. 和现有的OEM客户维护好关系
Information collection and analysis to establish customer files 信息收集和分析
Education & Work experience
Minimum two years selling experience in air dust collector/oil mist separators 在工业除尘领域有至少2年销售经验
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar function 机械工程学士学位
Industry specific knowledge like machine tool, pharmaceutical, thermal spray and other market focus would be plus 对机床行业、制药行业、喷涂行业有了解的更佳
Competences
Willingness to travel 愿意出差
Must be discipline, be able to work solely 自律
Good English speaking and writing 英语好
Good communication and presentation skill. 沟通好
Computer skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and CAD. 计算机熟练
