I BROAD FUNCTION
Responsible for all activates related to sales administration support. Handle customer inquiries, complaints as well as processing customer orders independently.
Coordinates with the sales team and plant to ensure the fulfillment of client’s requests.
II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties:
1. Provides product or service information to customers ( internal & external)
2. Acts as a key customer contact for pricing, scheduling and shipping
3. Answer internal queries and customer queries on order processing
4. Cooperates with other teams to handle the client’s complaints according to established policy
5. Type all office correspondence, filling, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client database
6. Preparing the purchase order, tracking the order and assisting in the importation.
7. Following up and managing the local order and providing overall sales administration supports to the sales team. Preparing sales management report as per the requirements.
8. Issuing and managing the VAT and common invoices and providing complete sales information to the financial department.
9. Handle local logistic issues.
10. Other job as assignment from line manager
III REQUIREMENTS
1) EDUCATION
College Degree
2) EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years sales assistant / customer service experience in related field.
Familiar with SAP/ ERP
3) SKILLS
Time management and coordination skills
Strong skills in communication with internal and external customer, hardworking & team-cooperative, detailed orientated.
Good command of both written & verbal English. CET-6 is preferred.
PC literate - MS Office software
University degree, preferably major in International Trade or related discipline.
At least 3 years customer service experinece.
