工作描述:
1.办理直接员工的入职及离职手续;
Handle the procedures of on-boarding and termination for direct labor;
2.录入新直接员工信息在人事、SAP及门径系统中;
Enter the new employee(DL) information in EHR, SAP, and Ever Focus system;
3.办理员工卡;
Handle the employee card;
4.处理职员的考勤异常;
Deal with the abnormal of attendance for indirect labor;
5.整理直接的员工档案;
Manage the employee personal files for direct labor;
6.领取资料从人民医院及公积金管理中心;
Take the documents from the first personal hospital and house funding centre;
7.准备及递交申报工伤的相关资料到社保局;
Prepare and submit relevant information about industrial injury declaration to the Social Security Bureau;
8.协助劳动合同续签和试用期转正手续;
Assist labor contract renewal and procedures of probation period;
9.提供相关报表;
Provide related reports;
10.领导安排的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by the superior.
