Work Content 岗位职责：

- To make out the quality management plans, establish and complete the quality management regulations, improve and ensure the ISO and quality system goes well.
规划公司的质量管理方案，领导建立和完善质量管理制度，建立、维护、持续改善和不断提高质量体系，并确保其有效运行；组织实施并监督、检查ISO质量体系的运行。
- Be responsible for the unified management controlling of the files and records of quality system.    负责质量体系文件和质量记录的统一管理的控制；
- Be responsible for make out the internal audit plans, assisting the management in internal quality audit.    负责编制内审计划，协助管理者代表进行内部质量审核；
- Be responsible for plans of the continuing improvement process and put forward the correction measures and the effects verification.
    负责持续改进的策划及纠正措施的提出和效果验证；
-.Apply quality management tools to analyze quality issues, such as 8D,SPC.
    能运用质量管理工具进行质量问题分析,如8D,SPC等进行分析；
- Do the training, manage and evaluate to the quality employees.
    做好质量管理人员的培训、管理与考核。
- Be responsible for the EHS.    负责公司环境健康安全体系。
- Other related work assigned by COO.    运营总监分配的其他工作。

Qualifications 任职要求：
- College degree or above 大专 (以上) 学历
- Knowledge of    quality management and ISO system, and other quality tools
    质量管理等相关经验,熟悉ISO体系
-    Had the training in    production management, quality management
    受过品质管理、产品知识等方面的培训
-    Approx. 3years experiences    in quality management in the similar industry.
    3年左右相关行业质量部门的工作经验
-    Familiar with quality    tools.    熟悉品管相关手法
-    Proficient use of SAP    system    熟练使用SAP系统
-    Relatively comprehensive/ universal personal abilities/ qualifications; ability to learn quickly
具有较高的综合素质，能够迅速掌握各种知识
-    Good language skills, reading, writing in English and Chinese
数量的中英文口语、阅读和写作能力
-    Good skills in the areas of self organisation, communication; good social skills
有较强的组织、沟通及人际交往和社会活动能力
-    Good team spirit, honest and reliable, friendly, and able to keep relationships
良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、具有亲和力，较强的公关能力
