1.Evaluate and improve supplier’s quality performance, including audit, trouble shooting, etc;
2.Responsible for suppliers‘ specification implementation, training, monitoring and optimization in accordance to AS9100 and HC Starck quality management system
3.Leading at quality problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers to eliminate    recurrence of non-conformances
4.For new product development, at different development stages, to work with Engineer to develop supplier’s quality standards, plant incoming inspection standards and shipment standards if trading products;
5. work with enginner and purchasing to keep supplier continually delivery, new supplier development, cost down project and new project developent;

1.bechlor degree
2.5 year quality department experience, or 3 years quality experience on supplier management;
3.ISO9001 internal auditor, if qualified with TS16949，AS9100 and ISO14001 will be a plus
4.Thorough Statistics knowledge and project experience and trouble shooting capability
5.Chinese and English fluent
