工作职责：
1.客户沟通，协调客户的需求，内部评审及准备
Communicate and coordinate skilled with the customers for request collecting, review and interal preparation
2.客户需求变化，客户投诉及其他异常事项的处理
Deal with special issues in customer demand changes, customer complaints and other abnormal issues"
3.客户的拜访，维护，客户声音听取及增进客户满意度
Customer visit, relationship maintenance, customer voice listening and customer satisfaction improving"
4.管理和平衡生产性存货，支持公司生产运行与满足客户需求的平衡
Materials management and inventory control, improve and balance between customer request and production operation
5.项目的早期介入，评审及跟踪，和提前准备
Involve in the project earlier, review & track the project progress and prepare the mass production in advance"
6.与客户，客户关系，客户服务相关的其他事项
Deal with other issues related to customer, customer relationship and customer service"

任职资格：
◆ 知识要求 Knowledge Requirement
本科以上学历Bachelor degree or above

◆ 经验要求 Experience Requirement
从事销售或客户服务相关工作5年以上,2年以上主管经理
More than 5 years’ experience in sales/CS or related field. Have 2 years management experience.

◆ 技能要求 Skill Requirement
熟悉销售和公司内部运营，熟练使用 ERP 系统,英文流利
Be familiar with sales and internal operation, ERP system, smooth English speaking and writing

◆ 性格要求Personality Requirement
开朗,大方,举止得体,与客户能良好沟通
Open mind, proactive, good communication skills with customers

◆ 年龄要求 Age Demand
30-40岁 30-40 years old

◆ 其他要求 Other Requirement
有责任心,工作认真; 开朗，善于和人打交道
