工作描述:
1.Responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level, working closely with senior HR management
2. Assits in managing various HR plans and processes for all China employees who are working in different sites
3. Assists in delivering and supporting the Company’s overall training goals and programs;
4. Assists in recruitment with ad preparation, job listings, screening and some early interviewing;
5. Assists in the implementation and maintenance of performance management system and reviews 6. Assists in recommending, implementing, and administering base salary, incentive compensation, long-term incentives, and recognition programs for designated internal client groups
7. Recommends new approaches, policies and processes to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and services performed
8. Maintains compliance with local employment laws/regulations
9. Cooperate on any HR projects if needed
10. Other tasks assigned by manager

1. Above 5 years of progressive HR experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
2. Excellent oral and written communication and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to speak/write clearly and persuasively in English.
3. Proven ability to coach and mentor all levels of employees within the organization.
4. Strong analytical skills to deliver HR programs and strategies that effectively address business issues; track record of achieving results that contribute significantly to the business.
5. Ability to lead and manage an organization through change. 6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members in a matrixed environment.
7. Ability to efficiently prioritize and plan work activities in a dynamic work environment.
8. Consistent demonstration of integrity, collaboration, no-limits mindset, objectivity, and delivering results consistently using global and regional best practices.
