Job Title: Senior Draftsman/高级设计师
职责/Accountability and Objectives:
确保所提交的图纸符合建筑和设计师的要求，性能规范，工程计算，以及合同要求。
Ensure that all submission drawings are drawn to suit: Architectural and Engineering drawings; Performance specifications; Engineers’ calculations; Tender requirements/Contract scope.

主要工作内容/Key Responsibilities:
全力协助设计经理/组长完成项目设计任务。
To give full support to the Design Manager /Team Leader in carrying out the design work of the designated project
协调项目设计绘图组员和设计经理对项目事宜给予联系
Co-ordinate the work of all the other designer(s) in the project’s team and to liaise with Design manager / Design Team Leader on all aspects of the project
确保所有生产和安装图纸能够及时发出
To ensure all drawings are drawn as per the project’s schedule and specification and issue on time for production and installation.
按照设计经理组长的要求绘制或修改图纸，包括立面图、平面图、大样图等等。
To draw or modify drawings according to the requirement of the Design Manager/Team Leader, including elevation, floor plan, details, etc
制作设计经理组长委派的材料统计清单
To prepare material "take-off" of materials required for the project as assigned by the Design Manager/Team Leader.
制作设计经理/组长委派的材料订购信息/文书
To prepare information/documents for material ordering as assigned by the Design Manager /Team Leader
将所有已完成的工作递交给设计经理组长审核
To    give drafting guidance to junior/new draftsman
给予新/初级绘图员绘图指导
To submit all completed work to Design Draftsperson or the Design Manager /Team Leader for verifying
完成设计经理组长安排的其他任务
Any other duties to be assigned by Design Manager/Design Team Leader

1. 大专及以上学历，土木工程和机械类相关专业
College Diploma，Major in civil engineering and mechanical related
2. 有大型幕墙和单元幕墙经验的优先考虑
Having experience about large-scale CW and Unit-type CW is preferred
3. 至少5-7年工作经验
At least 5-7years experience
4. Inventor/Auto CAD/ 3D 软件使用
Inventor/Auto CAD/ 3D software
5.英语良好
Basic English skill
6. 良好的沟通能力
Good communication

Detail-oriented
8.有责任感
