工作描述:
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1. Purchase order management and achirving. Have monthly PO summary reviewd and signed by SCM Director. Make sure each PO change is recorded.
2. Exception management. Coordinate clearning up overdue PO and data maintaince of new P/Ns on time. Attend exception meeting on behalf of PLB team.
3. Prototype delivery. Covert PR to PO. Help tracking local PC project's proto delivery timing and make sure required MRD is met.
4. PLB admin work and be flexible to be assigned other work.
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree. Major in Busniess or engineering is preferred.
2. Similar internship in SCM or Program Management is preferred. Or participantion in any planning/ organization actives in school
3. Good communication, learning skills. Clear logic. Carefulness.
4. Familiar with office software.
5. Good English in speaking and writing.
