. Central installation coordination for large automation projects (involving storage systems and machines from various technologies) for the Chinese market
主要负责中国市场大型自动化项目的安装协调（涉及料库系统和机床的不同技术）
2. Coordination of customer representatives, sales, Trumpf local and international engineers, third party engineers (local and international),… to guarantee a smooth and successful installation
负责与客户代表、销售和通快国内外工程师及第三方的国内外工程师的协调以确保项目成功安装交付
3. Prior to installation:   
在安装前：
- Communicate all important technical installation requirements with the customer and support during the preparation phase
- 与客户就安装前的技术要求沟通到位，在安装准备阶段的给予全力支持
- Support the scheduling for installation missions of different groups of engineers (local and international) and coordinate logistical details
- 对不同组别工程师的安装任务在计划上做支持，并做后勤细节协调
4. During installation:
在安装阶段：
- Regular project communication meetings on site and systematic tracking of project progress
- 在安装现场就安装项目开展例会、进行沟通，并系统化地追踪项目进度
- Practical problem solving and coordination whenever issues arise
- 解决实际问题，并协调相关事宜
- Regular reporting of status to management
- 向管理层定期汇报项目状态
- Translation support for international engineers
- 为国际工程师提供翻译支持
5. Provide ongoing project support to project management and sales representatives to carry the project to a successful closure
为项目管理和销售代表提供持续的项目支持，最终促成项目的成功
6.Other tasks assigned by immediate manager负责完成直属主管和领导安排的其他的工作任务

3+ years of experience in a technical role, production environment or in project management for technical projects/machine installations
在生产管理或技术项目管理方向有3年及以上相关工作经验
Experience with handling customer relationships is a strong plus

Sound technical understanding (mechanical, production systems and/or automation technology) and deep interest in advanced machines and processing technologies

Good coordination skills (judgement and people skills)
